Nutritional Therapy can be a vital tool in getting healthier and feeling better. However, I will be the first one to admit that food-based therapies take time, patience and sometimes a little experimentation.

The Consultation Process

Prior to the appointment, you will be e-mailed a Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire including a three-day food diary which would enable me to better evaluate your health goals and look at your current diet. This also provides me with ample time before the appointment to undergo any additional research or advise on Drug-Nutrient interactions or Nutritional Depletions as a result of any medications used.


First Consultation

The first appointment is usually 60-75 minutes depending on the individual’s needs. This appointment is an information gathering session where I will go in depth around my questioning of the Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire pertaining to your health goals. This is where I incorporate the Functional Medicine approach, where I look at symptoms and the various systems of the body which may be compromised. We then device a personalized dietary and lifestyle plan catered to your health needs. I may recommend further testing with your GP or functional Testing, which is done through me. I may also recommend supplementation if necessary. (The price for testing or supplementation will not be included in the consultation fee). All recommendations will be e-mailed to you in your health optimization plan within 24 hours.

Follow up Appointments

Follow up appointments are 45 minutes. This appointment is where we will go through all the dietary recommendations that were given in the prior appointment and work towards implementing new foods that will help you towards your health goals. It is important to me that the changes I recommend are practical and sustainable to your lifestyle. My goal with every client is to bring them back to a state of vitality.



I offer 3 and 5 session packages on the follow-up appointments. My approach to Nutritional Therapy is very much structured and it will take a certain amount of time to start seeing the benefits of dietary changes. The first appointment is where I can gauge the number of appointments needed and discuss your options.
